2024 Centenary

In 2024, Davidson’s Mains Scout Group will be celebrating its centenary year and we have already started to discuss how we would like to mark this special occasion. Those currently involved in our Group have some ambitious ideas and we will soon be setting up a working group to start preparations. As part of this, we would like to connect with former members (young people and volunteers) who were involved in our Group. Scout Fete for Ireland Jamboree – 21st April 11am – 1pm

To raise money for the Ireland Jamboree the Scouts are holding a fête at the Scout Hall on 21st April from 11am – 1pm. Please come along, it’s only £1 entry or 50p, if you can provide a good enough excuse. There will be loads going on and food and drink as well.

Wine tasting night at the 30th

8.30PM ON 23RD MARCH AT THE SCOUT HALL ON QUALITY STREET LANE
On the 23rd March, we are holding a Wine Night where guests will be blind tasting a number of different red and white wines and trying to identify characteristics such as age, grape, style, flavours. It is intended to be fun and non-competitive.
